Shipping Policy

Orders are generally despatched within two working days of receipt and are sent via Royal Mail second class post. Larger orders may be delivered by courier.

Return & Refund Policy

Our books are extremely competitively priced and our margins are very small. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. In the unlikely event that you are not (it hasn't happened yet!), you may return your order for a full refund. However, you will be responsible for the return postage. Regrettably, we cannot refund books that have been personalised.

If your book arrives in a damaged condition, we will be happy to send a replacement free of charge.
